The final meeting of this academic year took place just before the summer vacation on July 17th, 2023. This online meeting, coordinated by the Department of Informatics at NKUA, was primarily focused on project planning for the upcoming 2023-2024 academic year. A comprehensive review of the project’s progress was presented, along with future plans in accordance with the agreed-upon Gantt chart and each partner’s commitments. Tasks were revisited, reminders about activities and deliverables were given, and the dependencies among tasks were emphasized. The roadmap for stakeholder engagement and dissemination was also highlighted.
